By using SOFT SHOTS STUDIO™ ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. What the Service Does
The free Service generates text prompts intended for use with third-party AI image generators. We do not generate, host, or store images in the free version.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to create prompts that are unlawful, harassing, defamatory, sexually explicit involving minors, that impersonate real people without consent, or that infringe intellectual property or publicity rights.
4. Your Content
You retain ownership of prompts you generate. You are solely responsible for how you use prompts and any images created from them by third-party tools.
5. No Warranty
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Generated prompts may produce unexpected, inaccurate, or undesirable results in third-party tools.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SOFT SHOTS STUDIO™ and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or any output generated from it.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
